Traineeship - when and how to apply
We publish a traineeship notice once a year, in April, normally to start on 1 September. The traineeship notice is always published on our Positions Available web page and on our social media channels.
We do not accept spontaneous applications for traineeships.
Once the traineeship notice is published, candidates must submit their application electronically solely via the EMSA website within the deadline. Applications by any other means or submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
Candidates must indicate two areas in which they would like to train, indicating a first and second option. All candidates will receive an acknowledgment of receipt for their application via their EMSA profile/account.
In addition to this, and once the acknowledgment of receipt has been received, candidates need to send a copy of the University Diploma that gives access to the traineeship (first completed cycle of a Higher Education course) by e-mail.
