The second meetings of the expert groups on LNG was held in Lisbon on June 5-6, 2012. This second meeting focused on two of the main barriers addressed at the first meeting namely regulatory framework and availability. A part of the meeting contain a panel debate with gas suppliers on the issue of making LNG ready available to ship-owners in small scale.
