Equipment Assistance Service (EAS) -  Baltic Sea (Lot 1) and North Sea (Lot 2)

EMSA has launched a new procurement procedure No. EMSA/CPNEG/1/2023 for Service Contract for Equipment Assistance Service (EAS) in:

  • Baltic Sea
  • North Sea

The overall objective of the EMSA’s Equipment Assistance Service (EAS) is the mobilisation and delivery on site upon demand and at short notice of oil pollution response assets, more particularly the availability on-site of specialized oil spill response equipment in order to respond to oil spills in the European regional sea basins.

Through this procurement procedure, the Agency intends to conclude one framework contract for the provision of oil pollution response assets storage, maintenance and 24/7 mobilisation services
