The Flag States can submit requests for the own flag ships worldwide, the Coastal States for all ships with 1000 nautical miles of their coastline, the Port States for all ships coming into their ports and Search and Rescue (SAR) services for all ships within their SAR area. The number of EU users is beyond 600.
