Webinar: MaKCs monitoring and tracking tools

The Maritime Knowledge Centre Services (MaKCs) - implemented through Moodle - is the EMSA Academy’s E-learning Platform / Learning Management System (LMS).

MaKCs provides integrated support for six activities required in the delivery of the EMSA Academy’s learning services: creation, organization, delivery, communication, collaboration, and assessment. 

On 18 September, representatives of 15 Member States, members of the Consultative Network on Technical Assistance (CNTA), attended a webinar on “MaKCs monitoring and tracking tools.”

Participants familiarized themselves with the features available in MaKCs which will enable them to foster monitoring on the participation and completion of courses offered by the Agency by their staff, whilst enhancing their capabilities for potential follow up actions.

The webinar falls under the portfolio of capacity building activities offered by EMSA to its beneficiaries through the EMSA Academy.
