Information delivered to users via the EMSA portal will normally be visible to other authorised CMS users, all of whom are governmental authorities with functions in the maritime domain. A user will be able to see the products they requested and will also be able to view products that other users have ordered.
If the operational activities you are undertaking are particularly sensitive and the sharing of requested information is not advisable, EMSA can restrict its visibility and access. This option can only be implemented in well-justified cases as it entails additional technical steps.
