The processes identified within the V&I QMS context are illustrated by the landscape diagram bellow:

Each process is managed by a Process Owner based on the ISO 9001:2015 recommended “Plan, Do, Check, Act” cycle. The effective implementation is monitored through quality records and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined within each process statement. In addition, regular internal audits and management reviews will ensure that identified findings are properly addressed and that necessary actions are taken for continual improvement of the system.
