The tailor-made training examined the conduct of port State control in the context of the BS MoU and the relevant inspections manual. EMSA PSC tools RuleCheck and MaKCs were also made available to the participants to simulate the operational inspection environment.
Altogether, 13 participants from Georgia, Russia, Turkey, and Ukraine attended the virtual training session delivered on 18 – 20 May 2021.
