Lot 1	EO Services Based on SAR Satellites/Constellations	This lot will focus on services for multiple SAR satellites from very high resolution (VHR) up to medium resolution (MR). For this lot satellite image licenses will be purchased by EMSA from the satellite owners directly through a separate contract or through specific agreements (e.g. Sentinel-1 data from ESA), and are out of scope of this procurement.
Lot 2	EO Licenses and Services Based on Optical Satellites/Constellations	Provision of licenses and services for the acquisition and processing of very high resolution optical Earth observation data.
