Provision of E-learning through Maritime Knowledge Centre (MaKCs) to staff of the maritime administrations of the Project’s beneficiaries

MaKCs is a web based platform offering distance learning through pre developed eLearning modules. A catalogue of online courses is currently available to facilitate users within maritime administrations to implement and enforce IMO and ILO relevant instruments. A specific course on BSMOU Inspection Procedures has been developed to assist port State Control Officers in ensuring the harmonization among the Members of the Memorandum.
